You will be provided with a full written report.
- Your property will be regularly advertised until the right buyer is found If you agree, Ecclesiate will regularly have show days to attract viewers You will get a full report of all comments after the show day.
- Ecclesiate is well aware of the situation that may arise if your home is tenanted and you decide to sell. Ecclesiate have very experienced Letting Division that will find your tenants suitable other accommodation and will work with them with viewing of perspective purchaser so as not to risk the great possibility that your Tenant will vacate when you put the unit on the market for sale.
